A cook is said to be as good as his or her tools. When I relocated to Philippines from kerala, I had only a basic functional kitchen which was ideal for two and, all the time in the world. I experimented with fresh vegetables, fish and, meat available at the supermarket across the road. Armed with only a basic collection of knives, my challenge was to create an “ambrosia” with my favorite wok, peppered with my love for cooking. The recipes can be easily cooked with just a pan.
